What We Do
The trend in the industry is for physicians to be employed by increasingly larger hospital groups and medical systems. We have resisted that trend and provide an alternative for those seeking personalized primary medical care in a relaxed, comfortable environment. In fact, Dr. Sawyer is the only independent, traditional practice Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Doctor left in Lompoc! We do basic office surgeries including skin biopsy, lesion removal, lesion cryotherapy, vasectomy. Additional medical services available on-site include basic laboratory services, EKG, pulmonary function testing, screening audiology, vision screening.

Who We Are
Dr. John Sawyer
Dr. John Sawyer was raised in Lompoc and educated in the LUSD including Lompoc Sr. High School. His goal was always to return to Lompoc and serve the community in which he was raised. He went on to college and earned a B.S. degree in Biology at Stanford University. He earned his M.D. degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1988, interned at San Pedro Peninsula Hospital and completed his residency in Family Medicine at East Carolina University in 1991. He has practiced primary care medicine in Lompoc since 1991.
Jennifer Perez
Jennifer is our Medical Assistant and phlebotomist for in-office lab work and send-out labs.
Erika Oseguera
Erika is our main receptionist and also works part-time as an aesthetician.
Jeanette Gaitan
Jeanette is our lead Medical Assistant and also functions as office manager and medical biller.
Where We Are
There is plenty of on-street parking right in front of the building and parking has never been an issue.
